If you’ve been watching our social media pages you know we’ve been doing employee spotlights. We love our employees and we want them to get the recognition they deserve, so we decided to do a blog post with our most recent spotlights. Congrats to these four awesome people!
Tia
Based out of Oklahoma, Tia definitely went the extra mile during the first quarter of 2019. She has worked very hard since joining Kornerstone Credit last year. She’s always out pounding the pavement and is 100% available for her retailers.
Tia loves being outdoors and finds solace when camping, hiking, and wakeboarding. She’s an avid fan of her son’s t-ball team and goes to every game. If you couldn’t tell, Tia is adventurous and devoted. Her personality shines bright and both her home and work life are filled with laughter, fun, and hard work.
Carlos
Carlos is one of the top performing customer service representatives. His lighthearted spirit and positive outlook show through on his phone calls and almost every customer comes away happy after speaking with Carlos. This last quarter he led the way with the amount of customers he was able to help, in addition to taking on some extra tasks.
Carlos’s energy makes him a popular socialite. You can almost always find him spending time with friends and going to parties on the weekends. He loves travelling and is actually just getting back from a vacation in Cancun! Jealous!
Aspen
Aspen is part of the account management team that takes care of our retailer base. She works hard to make sure all the retailers on her portfolio are comfortable reaching out to her on her cell phone no matter what time of day it is because Aspen is on call 24/7 for her retailers. Her competitive streak helps her be a star employee and all her retailers know that if they need something done, they should talk to Aspen.
Despite the competitive attitude, Aspen is also a magnificent team player, not just in the office but on the field too. Aspen loves to play football and even met her partner on her competitive football team. She’s an avid Broncos fan with a surety they’ll win the Superbowl next year. When she has free time you’ll find Aspen working out with her partner, playing with her dogs, or spending time with her 4-year-old nephew and 10-month-old niece.
Chad
Chad has been called the glue of Kornerstone Credit. He’s the software QA manager and makes sure clear communication flows to and from our advanced tech team. Chad’s expert organizational skills helped Kornerstone navigate a massive number of tech improvements and adjustments this last quarter.
Chad, a father of two, loves playing and joking with his kids and supportive wife. A favorite family activity is watching the Utah Jazz on game days. Once the kids go to sleep, you’ll often find him “owning newbs” on an assortment of different video games, but Chad especially likes to play Destiny.
Kornerstone's first guiding principle is know your partner and that goes both ways. We want our partners to feel like they know us and that we are real, accessible, and friendly people.
